This Privacy Policy does not, however, govern the collection of information by any of our local chapters from Users who visit the local chapter pages contained within the Website.

How Wholespire Uses the Information that it Collects
Wholespire uses Users’ personal information to better understand how Users interact with the Website so that it can improve the Website. Wholespire also uses Users’ personal information for the purpose for which the Users provided the information. For example, to add you to Wholespire’s email list or to process a registration or donation. If you submit your email address to Wholespire, you will be added to Wholespire’s email distribution list. If at any time you wish to stop receiving emails from Wholespire, please follow the unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of any email Wholespire sends you.
How Wholespire Protects User Information
Wholespire adopts appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to help protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, but Wholespire cannot guarantee that your information is 100% secure. Wholespire uses third-party service providers to help it operate the Website and administer activities on its behalf, such as sending out email messages and collecting donations online. In addition, Wholespire may share personal information about Users with other like-minded organizations and with healthcare providers. This Privacy Policy covers only information collected through the use of Wholespire’s Website. In addition, Wholespire does not currently respond to web browser “do not track” signals.
Compliance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act
Protecting the privacy of the young is especially important. For that reason, Wholespire never collects information on the Website from those it knows are under 13, and no part of the Website is structured in a way as to target children under 13. If Wholespire becomes aware of having information about anyone under 13, it will promptly delete the information.
