Jamaius White was born and raised in Columbia, SC. He completed his education in the public school system and SC State University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in health education services. His passion to serve the community as a health educator stems from his background in music education and health education services.

As Program Manager for The HYPE Project®, Jamaius is responsible for the continued success and implementation of The HYPE Project across South Carolina and nationwide. He organizes recruitment, orientation and ongoing training for adult advisors participating in the program. Jamaius also coordinates and monitors the program evaluation and manages the administration of grant projects that support The HYPE Project to ensure the overall goals of the program are met.

Jamaius’ professional experience and personal interests extend beyond the gym and reach grade schools and universities, churches and nonprofit organizations and outreach programs where he shares tips and practical strategies for living a strong, fit life. As Jamaius continues to increase his knowledge and understanding, his goal is to share his perspective with the world for people to take away tools for building a better quality of life.

Jaci is passionate about improving children’s wellness through school community connections She received her bachelor of science in physical education teacher education from the College of Charleston where she cheered, taught children’s gymnastics, and interned with the South Carolina Aquarium.

After graduation, Jaci taught physical education, coached cheerleading, and continued her involvement with the South Carolina Association of Health Physical Education Recreation and Dance (SCAHPERD). She is currently pursuing her master of public health from the University of South Carolina, focusing on health promotion education and behavior. Jaci is excited to be working for Wholespire as the Operations Manager.
